Where are you located?

We design based out of Cleveland, Ohio, but our retail space is online only and ships worldwide.

What is your return policy?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at the printer's expense.

In order to receive a return, you must contact the store first to set up the return. We only offer returns for misprinted/damaged/defective items.

Do you offer gift cards?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift cards.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal
